School Board holds regular monthly meeting Monday

The School Boeard will hold its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Dec. 2, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the  Board of Education Office, 315 Chanute 35 Parkway.

The meeting is open to the public.  Visitors who wish to address the school board during Open Forum, should stand, give their name, and be recognized by the board president, before speaking. Thank you for observing this courtesy.

H.                Accept a Pathways to a Healthy Kansas Implementation Grant in the amount of $10,000 from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas to purchase heart rate watches, cross nets, outdoor pull bars and pickelball court, a media player, Brain Blast classroom box supplies, jumbo games, an outdoor volleyball system, a tether ball pole, equipment storage, and stipends to launch the throughout the day fitness pilot program at Royster Middle School

J.                 Accept a donation in the amount of $60 from Kim Uden Rutter for Chanute High School Vocal Music

L.                Accept Jerry D. Jordan Memorial Funds in the amount of $510 for the Chanute High School FFA Program
