AR PARTY

The next AR party for Alcott will be December 20th.  Students who have met their goal by December 19th will be eligible to go bowling.  Many students had a great time at our last AR party.  They played with the Wii and Dance, Dance Revolution.  We had about 80 students make their goal for the 1st quarter.  We hope even more students will make their goal for 2nd quarter!

December 21st to Be

A Hectic Day!!

Friday, December 21st, will be very busy around Alcott. We will host our December Character Rally at 9:15 a.m., and then classes will have their Christmas Parties at 10:15 a.m. Sack lunches will be served only to those ordering them around 10:45 (in case they won’t get a chance to eat after dismissal). We will then dismiss at 11:15 a.m.

After school is dismissed at 11:15 a.m. on the 21st, students will not report back to school until 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 3rd, 2008

ATTENTION ALL PARENTS

In order to keep the number of illnesses down, we are asking that parents and guardians please observe the following:

Keep home any child complaining of sore throat, vomiting, upset stomach, flushed face, watery red eye, nasal discharge, persistent cough, rash on any part of the body or a temperature above 100. ALSO, do not send the child back to school for 24 hours after the temperature has broken, or they’ll be sent back home.

Parent or guardian cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Have a safe and happy holiday!
