Cookies for KidsSharen Vallier and Doug Jackett's students are in business! Their students are baking and selling a variety of cookies - chocolate chunk, extreme chocolate, peanut butter and snickerdoodle - as part of their class curriculum. The students are learning invaluable skills in academic and social skills, math and language arts skills, money and time management, cleanliness and sanitation and, of course, teamwork.
Cookies can be ordered at any time and from any one in the community. Parents can order cookies to be delivered to their student for a special surprise or order a dozen to be delivered at work to share with co-workers. Whatever your need - they can accommodate your request.
The cookies cost $1 for three or $4 for a dozen. A large 12" personalized cookie sells for $5. Earned money will be used to purchase more supplies and be used for classroom activities.
