Accreditation
Information:
All schools in USD # 413 are fully accredited by the
Kansas State Board of Education. This means that our schools have
met high standards to assure students are receiving quality education.
To achieve accreditation schools must complete a five-year cycle
of school improvement. Each school must have a school improvement
plan which is implemented throughout this five-year cycle. Improvement
is based upon several sources of student achievement. A review from
a visiting team representing the Kansas State Board of Education
and North Central Association Commission on Schools occurs three
times during the cycle. On the third visit the team makes a recommendation
for accreditation. |
