Accident Insurance:

USD 413 does not provide accident insurance for students while at school or on some form of activity trip who are enrolled in any of the Chanute Public Schools. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to provide accident insurance either through a private carrier or through companies offering this protection to parents for their children. The district office has information about a very low cost accident insurance that can be purchased by parents. Forms are also available in the school offices.
